To Launch the Volkswagen ‘See Film Differently’ Hub for film loving aficionados we turned the camera on famous movie locations.
Katz Deli, the fire house on Varick Street are just a couple of the most famous movie locations. But famous movie Locations are all around us, you just have to know where to look for them. This multi-channel campaign brought to life famous movie locations through events, an interactive movie location map, a mobile app, ambient and cinema advertising.
Our mobile app provided film tours around major cities and unlocked content of scenes shot in that specific location. You were able to line up that content and Juxtapose it with the real world.
We hosted events up and down the country - Clockwork Orange at Brunel University, American Werewolf in London at London Zoo. Guests like John Landis even made special appearances.
